Customer Satisfaction
Family Carers Ireland carries out an annual survey with its Service Users. These Service Users are asked to participate in the survey anonymously to enable the organisation to evaluate the effectiveness of the home care services provided to them and/or their family members and identify any areas of improvement or training needs required.
